2001. Many of Singapore's old shop houses are safety hazards. They are being boraded up in advance of renovation projects. The tall windows and wooden shutters are nailed shut and it looks like the buildings have been blinded.

Lim Feh Shen invites Maxine to co-create a world of remembered windows. Commissioned by the Substation, they approach the gallery as a fresh canvas on which to paint their performance and then invite Indonesian visual artist Hanafi to join them to literally paint the environment that they create through their dance, music and storytelling.
